About Us
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything.
Woodgrange Medical Practice
We are a dedicated and friendly GP Surgery in Forest Gate, East London and part of the North East London Clinical Commissioning Group. All of our patients have named GPs, so we can offer continuity of care for you and your family.
We pride ourselves on our great access, with early morning surgeries from 7.30am available on Tuesdays and Fridays and ‘on the day’ appointments are always available, if you have an urgent medical problem.
We offer a full range of GP online services which you can access here, giving you access to the practice 24/7/365 via your computer, mobile or tablet. You can consult online with a GP using accuRx, manage your appointments, request repeat prescriptions and look at your medical record online. We also now offer video consultations.
Registration
It is quick and easy to register with a GP using our simple online GP registration form. Whether you are new to the area or have never registered with a GP practice before, there is usually no need to come to the practice to complete your registration and no proof of address is required. We are a local GP Practice and have a catchment area for home visiting purposes, but we welcome patients from outside our practice boundary.

We want to get better at communicating with our patients and ensure you can read and understand the information we send you.
